PDPA Clause

1. Collection and Use of Personal Data:
   By submitting this Sales Order Form, the Customer consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (including but not limited to name, contact details, billing information, and other information required) by the Company for the purposes of processing and fulfilling the order, managing payment transactions, delivering goods/services, and complying with legal obligations.

2. Purpose of Data Processing:
   The Company will collect and use the Customer’s personal data solely for the purpose of processing, fulfilling, and managing the order. This includes payment processing, delivery of goods/services, responding to customer queries, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Additionally, the Company may use the personal data for post-sale purposes, such as customer support, marketing communications, or feedback collection, provided the Customer has consented to such communications.

3. Data Sharing:
   The Company may disclose the Customer’s personal data to third-party service providers (such as payment processors, delivery companies, and other subcontractors) only as necessary to perform the services and fulfill the order. These third parties are obligated to process the personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

4. Data Retention:
   The Company will retain the Customer’s personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes, and in accordance with the Company’s data retention policy. Upon expiration of this period, the Company will securely delete or anonymize the personal data.

5. Customer Rights:
   The Customer has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by the Company. The Customer may also withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, subject to the limitations imposed by applicable law. 6. Data Security:
   The Company will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Customer’s personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with the PDPA.

7. Data Breach Notification:
   In the event of a data breach involving the Customer’s personal data, the Company will notify the Customer as soon as possible and take all necessary steps to mitigate the impact of the breach, in compliance with the PDPA’s breach notification requirements.

8. Consent:
   By submitting this Sales Order Form, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data as described in this clause, and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and other relevant data protection laws.
